Cary Street Hires Former CIO of Dick Fuld’s RIA, Planning Head from Edelman

Cary Street Partners has made a pair of executive hires atop its investment management and financial planning teams.

The nearly $8 billion Richmond, Virginia-based RIA has hired Matthew Rubin (former CIO of Dick Fuld’s RIA) as its chief investment officer.

Jeb Cogger joins the Cary Street Partners team as its head of wealth planning.
