(NasdaqCM: STRM). Interpoint Partners LLC is a healthcare information technology company which develops and provides SaaS-based business intelligence solutions that simplify, facilitate and optimize a healthcare provider’s operating and financial performance. Under the agreement, Streamline Health will acquire Interpoint Partners LLC’s assets for a combination of cash and a convertible subordinated note. Cary Street Partners acted as financial advisor to Interpoint Partners LLC.
