Cary Street Partners Advises Executives of Northpoint Commercial Finance
RICHMOND, VA – March 28, 2012 – Cary Street Partners served as a financial advisor to the management team of Northpoint Commercial Finance, LLC (“Northpoint”). Prior to the formation of Northpoint, Cary Street provided investment banking services to the management team during its discussions with potential partners. On March 8, 2012, the management team and affiliates of Perella Weinberg Partners’ Asset Based Value strategy announced the formation of Northpoint, a new company providing inventory financing to manufacturers and their distribution and dealer networks throughout the United States.
