New Mural at Hugh Mercer Elementary ‘A Work of Love’
The project, financed by Cary Street Partners along with Hugh Mercer Elementary, is expected to be completed by the end of June as a gift to the Fredericksburg community and a symbol of what those with special needs can achieve when the community invests in them.
