Yolanda R. Evans, SPHR

As the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cary Street Partners, Yolanda Evans is responsible for leading the firm’s talent strategy, employee and leadership development, performance management, total rewards, and culture initiatives. She works closely with the firm’s executive leadership team to ensure Cary Street Partners’ people strategy supports its long-term vision, strategic priorities, and continued growth. Yolanda also leads the Human Resources team, providing guidance and support across all aspects of the employee experience.

Yolanda brings more than 25 years of human resources and people operations experience across private equity-backed, founder-led, and high-growth organizations. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled HR functions, developed talent and leadership programs, guided organizations through periods of growth and transformation, and partnered with executive teams on mergers, acquisitions, and organizational change initiatives. Her expertise spans talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS and payroll integration, and domestic and international compliance.
