Janie A. Faught

Janie serves as the Training & Development Manager within the Human Resources department, where she leads initiatives focused on training, development, and employee enablement. In this role, she works closely with teams across the firm to guide new hires as they onboard, partners with transition teams in the integration of financial advisors joining the firm, and designs programs that help current team members grow their careers at Cary Street Partners.

Janie brings a background in wealth management to her work in HR, having spent time in a compliance and supervision capacity with hands-on oversight of client service workflows. That experience gives her a practical, on-the-ground understanding of how training translates into day-to-day performance. This shapes her approach to building programs that are relevant, effective, and grounded in real business needs.
