Elizabeth L. Stagg

Lissie Stagg is Head of Human Resources at Cary Street Partners. Prior to joining Cary Street Partners in 2018, she spent a decade in leadership roles in human resources and employee benefits, having worked for Reservoir Distillery, Chobani and AeroGrow.

Ms. Stagg has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource from the University of Richmond. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.

• Reservoir Distillery LLC, Human Resources/Business Development Manager. Responsible for the human resources function and for working across functional areas to grow the business.
• Chobani Inc, HR Specialist, Leadership Development. Responsible for creating programs to build employee skills, improve team performance, and increase employee engagement.
