Brandon G. Herrin

Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director

Brandon Herrin serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cary Street Partners, where he leads the firm’s corporate finance function. His responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and managing relationships with the firm’s capital partners, including advisor and employee equity holders. He also contributes to the financial evaluation, structuring, and integration of acquisitions and advisor lift-outs. Mr. Herrin oversees the finance and accounting teams and works closely with the executive leadership team on capital allocation and long-term strategic planning.

Mr. Herrin brings to Cary Street Partners over 15 years of finance experience across investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Cary Street Partners, he was Corporate Finance Manager at CarMax (NYSE: KMX), the largest retailer of used vehicles in the United States. Before that, he held private equity investment roles as a Vice President at Falcon Affiliates and as an Associate at LNK Partners. He began his career in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities and later Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Herrin is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his undergraduate degree with a double major in Finance and Business Management.
