Cary Street Partners, LLC Advises Home Healthcare Solutions, Inc.

ATLANTA, GA (January 30, 2015) – Cary Street Partners LLC announced that Home Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (“HHS” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Cardinal Health, Inc., a Fortune 500 health care services company based in Dublin, Ohio. HHS, founded in 2001 and based in Atlanta, serves the medical supply management needs of home health and hospice organizations using an advanced patient-direct distribution program. The Company’s sole focus is to deliver disposable or single-use medical supplies (including medical tape, gloves, needles, syringes, wound care dressings, ostomy pouches, incontinence, and urological supplies) to home health and hospice customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
