Diane L. Sobin Joins Tradition Asset Management as Managing Director
Summit, New Jersey – Tradition Asset Management today announced that Diane L. Sobin, CFA has joined the firm as a Managing Director and member of Tradition’s Investment Committee. She brings her extensive capability working with research teams and portfolio managers in integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors to the investment process. She is a member of the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Alliance.
Sobin has over three decades of investment management experience including seventeen years with Columbia Threadneedle Investments in both New York and London, where she was Senior Portfolio Manager, Executive Director and head of U.S. Equities. Sobin held an integral role in managing U.S. equity portfolios embedding ESG factors to meet client objectives in small cap core and dividend growth strategies. She was recognized as one of the top 100 Women in Finance in Europe in 2014 by European Financial News. Sobin managed core equity, mid and small cap equities and dividend growth funds at Columbia Threadneedle, Zurich Scudder, JP Morgan and Oppenheimer Funds.

Sobin graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of New York.
