Cary Street Partners Discusses Expanding Tax, Estate Services to Meet Surging Client Demand in Financial Advisor IQ Article

High-net-worth wealth managers, like Cary Street Partners, are broadening their services beyond investment management, with a sharp increase in tax and estate planning offerings, according to a Cerulli Associates report. Chief Operating Officer, Wesley Gallup and Head of Wealth Planning, Jeb Cogger, comment on their firms holistic approach to integrating tax and estate planning into comprehensive wealth management.

“Clients are increasingly looking for that ‘elevated experience’ where they can take care of all, or the majority, of their financial planning needs in one place,” said Jeb Cogger.

“Of the ultra-high-net-worth clients the firm serves, many tend to already have teams of professionals, including accountants and attorneys, that can help provide other services, but clients in the mass affluent category are able to benefit more from the estate and tax planning services,” said Wesley Gallup.
